Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy adds to your rights under British Columbia consumer protection law; it doesn't replace them. If the law gives you a right to cancel or to a refund, you have it, even if this page doesn't mention it.

Quotes are free

Getting a quote costs nothing and doesn't commit you to anything.

Cancelling or rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge any time before we start work. If you paid a deposit, we refund it in full. Please give us as much notice as you can.

If we can't do the repair

If we find, before we start, that a wheel can't be repaired well or safely, you pay nothing for that wheel, and we refund any deposit you paid for it.
