Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 13, 2026

These terms apply when you use this website or ask Metro Wheels Repairs to quote or repair your wheels. Metro Wheels Repairs ("we", "us") is based in British Columbia. With your quote, we'll give you in writing the full name of the person responsible for your job. You can reach us at (778) 636-2372 or metrowheelsrepairs@gmail.com.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under British Columbia or Canadian consumer protection law, or our responsibility for injury caused by our negligence.

1. Quotes

  • Quotes are free, with no obligation.
  • A quote based on photos is an estimate. We confirm the final price with you before we start any work. If we find damage the photos didn't show, we'll explain it and give you a new price, and you decide whether to go ahead. We never start work, or do extra work, without your OK.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days.
  • Prices are in Canadian dollars and include all of our fees, including any travel or call-out fee. Applicable taxes are added on top, as shown on your quote.

2. Booking and your vehicle

  • You must own the vehicle or have the owner's permission to have it repaired.
  • Please make sure we can safely reach the vehicle at the agreed time, and that we're allowed to work there. Some stratas, parking lots and workplaces have rules about this.
  • Mobile repairs need suitable weather. If rain or cold would stop us doing a good repair, we'll reschedule with you at no charge.

3. What to expect

  • We aim for a repair that blends with the rest of the wheel. Some finishes can't be matched exactly, such as chrome, diamond-cut or machined faces, and some special paints. If yours is one of them, we'll tell you before we start.
  • Bent and cracked wheels: not every wheel can be repaired safely. We only do structural repairs when we believe the wheel can be made safe, and we may decline a job. If we recommend replacing a wheel, please follow that advice.
  • A repair fixes the damage we agreed to repair. It doesn't protect the wheel from new damage, such as another curb strike.

4. Payment

  • We may ask for a deposit to book your appointment. The amount is shown on your quote, and it comes off your final bill.
  • The rest is due when the work is complete. We accept cash and Interac e-Transfer.

5. Cancellations and refunds

See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Our responsibility

  • We are responsible for damage to your vehicle or property caused by our work or our negligence, and we will put it right.
  • We are not responsible for damage that existed before we started, or for problems unrelated to our work.
  • We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost time or a rental car, except where the law says we are.

7. Photos you send us

By sending photos, you confirm you have the right to share them with us. We use them only to quote and plan your repair, and we won't post them publicly without your permission. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Using this website

  • The text, design and photos on this website belong to us. Please don't copy them for commercial use without our permission.
  • Please don't misuse the website, for example by sending spam or fake requests, scraping it with automated tools, or trying to get into areas that aren't public. We may block access to protect the site.
  • We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you book applies to your job.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
